My sister Ruthie is a very talented artist, as you can see from the ceramic fish she formed, painted, glazed, and baked in her kiln.  I am grateful to have her in my life for so many more reasons; she gives me such a healthy perspective on issues that seem overwhelming at times.  We are so different and yet from the same roots.  Everyone knows I make every penny scream as it leaves my wallet.  No one has ever accused my sister of that trait.  And so, in no small part, she somehow convinced me it was OK to buy the Diamond Beach condo.  For me, it’s been “living the dream”.  A dream I would have never stepped into without her encouragement.  (Actually, I couldn’t stand that she had one of these wonderful resort condos and I didn’t).  It’s important to stop and reflect on all the positive things your siblings, or family members, bring to your life.
