The little college town of Golden is nestled in the foothills of the Rockies. Anchored by Colorado School of Mines and the Coors Brewery, it holds a small town charm where neighbors gather for every traditional holiday at the park on the banks of Clear Creek. This is our family’s first Easter together in this mountainous picturesque city.

We were blessed this Easter with perfect weather and an enthusiastic crowd of egg hunters. While egg hunting isn’t the primary reason for the season, I’m happy to report our church was standing room only. He has risen!
